The Nikon EM was designed by the famous industrial designer Giorgetto Giugiaro (who later designed the iconic Nikon F3). Mr Giugiaro brought Italian design aesthetics to Japanese cameras flawlessly, and I've always felt that the warmth of wood would bring out the best of his Nikon designs. Camera is fully functional and light meter has been verified. Wood has been given three coats of polyurethane for added durability.
This particular model is the early blue button variant.
